The Thai developer behind Niche Mono Charoen Nakorn is Sena Development. The company was originally incorporated in 1993 as Krungthep Keha Group Co., Ltd. In 2009, it was renamed Sena Development Public Co. Ltd. and listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand. A subsidiary develops and installs solar energy systems and Niche Mono Charoen Nakorn incorporates significant energy-saving features in its design.
Since 2017 Sena Development have partnered with Japanese real estate developer, Hankyu Hanshin Properties Corp., and Niche Mono Charoen Nakorn is their third joint-venture residential project in Bangkok
